Creative Ingenuity – Meet The Producer Who Has Hacked His Prosthetic Limb And Turned It Into A Synth

Bertolt Meyer makes techno using modular synthesisers, but his set-up has recently become incredibly unique. He has been working with Chrisi from Koma Elektronik and his husband to build a device which he has called the “SynLimb” which attaches to his arm prothesis. He uses this device to convert the electrode signals in his residual limb into control voltages which are used to control his modular synthesizer. You can check out this amazing video below.
