Neel and PRG/M join forces for Mirabilis, the next Neel and PRG/M join forces for Mirabilis, the next vinyl chapter on Camera Magmatica. March 17th, three days before the official release, we are delighted to present one of the main tracks, Priapo. "Separating" itself from the rest with its temperament, a well-received "bouncy" percussion. The uplifting motif further solidifies the overall purpose using quirky echoes and vibrations that produce a hypnotic resonance as the repetitive pumping draws all the elements around. These, then, perform in balance and perfect sync, while the chimes in the background delicately provide an organic take on the composition. Creatively, it seems that each producer had enough room for individual expression without overstepping each other's boundaries. To conclude, Priapo highlights a fine example of stability and equality on both a compositional and personal level. Producer, vinyl-only DJ, and liveact performer hailing from Poland, Milena has been crafting her own unique style of hypnotic techno and drone, dystopian sounds since 2013. Monument evolves - again After more than a decade Monument evolves - again After more than a decade of delivering high quality content across a number of channels and platforms - and what a journey this has been! - we have concluded that we want to narrow down our efforts into fewer components. Our online magazine, mnmt.no, has delivered over 1,000 articles since Monument saw the light of day, and is now a searchable archive spanning more than eight years! Our premieres have been the latest addition to our services, and we have presented new releases from hundreds of artists for a significant period of time. Recently we have focused more on events and our festivals, and created our own record label. We now want to commit even more to these activities and, as a consequence, we will no longer do premieres. The online magazine will be transformed into a homepage for Monument’s various activities. The last day for the magazine, and the premieres will be March 31st. The podcast - which is where it all began - will continue, but with some changes we believe will be appreciated by our listeners. More information on this will come soon! We want to express our deepest gratitude to the amazing @katerina.maragou_ and @sam.uel.music , who have been operating the podcast series, as well as @arikas.javel and @paula.koski , who have been in charge of the premieres. Their efforts have been highly appreciated! We are very excited for the future and what it will bring, and we will continue supporting the techno scene, creating unique and magical experiences for you. Forest Drive West's DJ set at Monument Festival last year was an unforgettable experience, featuring a mesmerizing blend of mid-tempo rollers, tribal sounds, and seamless transitions between techno and drum n bass that kept the crowd dancing in the light rain of the Sunday afternoon. His masterful mixing skills were on full display, showcasing why he is one of the most innovative artists in the scene.
