Exporting his craft from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Alderaan’s unique sound can be described as cunning and reflective. Oftentimes layering blankets of dense frequency with lightly-topped elements, Alderaan’s productions nudge the listener through an untraveled path. His DJ sets are all the same experience, bridging the gap between otherworldly sounds – performed both locally and internationally in acclaimed venues such as Tresor (Berlin), Moog (Barcelona), and Audio Club (Geneva).
From his first release in 2014 on Planet Rhythm to his most recent projects, Alderaan has continuously collaborated with notable record labels; Pole Group, MindTrip Records, Warm Up Recordings, and Insula, to name a few. Eventually recognized by DJ Mag as a “rising producer of the Latin American scene,” his sound became distinct.
In 2018, Alderaan launched Danza Nativa, a project in coordination with close colleagues Forest On Stasys and Kyntral. Focusing on ambient and deep techno, the imprint quickly gained support among the scene with its consistent and fresh releases.
