Through an exclusive all-vinyl set, Mary Yuzovskaya showcases unmatched track selection of atmospheric, deep, and mind-bending techno in MNMT 309.
From Moscow’s growing electronic music scene in the mid-2000s to Berlin’s notorious venues, and on to New York City’s niche circle, Mary Yuzovskaya has established herself as a veteran curator of emerging contemporary sounds. By day, Mary has worked closely with record shops such as renowned Halcyon ; by night, she has continued the passion onto dance floors including ://about blank, Basement (NY), Compound (LA), Propaganda (Moscow), Tresor (Berlin) and her residency at Public Records (Brooklyn) .
Mary Yuzovskaya’s consistent outlook and dedication to the scene’s genuine roots catalyzed her very own label, “Monday Off.” Sticking closely to the values of “Vinyl Only” and “originality,” the label mimics her own DJ style; for the distinct and fingerprint approach, no two sets or records will ever be the same.
Now based in Berlin, Mary Yuzovskaya travels back to NYC to continue her past projects – with upcoming gigs in Brooklyn, NY (Sep 25 @ Substance Skate Park) and Wroclaw, Poland (Oct 9 @ Art Bei Ton / Transformator).
Monday Off is also expecting future releases in December of 2021 featuring artists Blazej Malinowski, Ruhig and her collaboration with Craft.
For this edition of MNMT 309, Mary Yuzovskaya performs a mind-bending, all-vinyl set of genuine flavor. Perfectly mixed and carefully selected, listeners are treated with an assortment of atmospheric and deep tunes to explore.
