The French DJ – producer and On Board Music label founder Laura BCR is our guest this week for the Tracklisting project!
Always on the lookout for new music to spin, or for artists to join her monthly Rinse France radio show, Laura takes her name from the much-loved and now closed, Berlin record store, Bass Cadet Records, where she spent a couple of years behind the counter.
These days, Laura is best known for her transportive, deep techno and dubby ambient DJ sets, which have brought her to some of Europe’s finest venues, including a residency at Het Magazijn in The Hague. Her own productions first surfaced in 2020 and were included on both of On Board Music’s stand-out, charity compilations. More original music is in the works, as well as a continuous evolution behind the decks.
