As we are approaching the end of this year’s festival season, we are glad to present our first episode of the MNMT Recordings series during this festival season, with our very own Paula Koski providing a thrilling 3-hour-set performed at the Slovenian festival Izvir ~ Formaviva.

The Finnish Paula Koski is one of the central figures within Monument, as the head of premieres and one of the musical curators. Known for her unique and fresh selection of textured, deep, dark and light sounds, Paula is an active artist playing in well-known booths of Tresor, About Blank, Griessmühle in Berlin, as well as other top locations around Europe. She also takes great joy performing in the nature for unique events such as Hapësira in Kosovo or Izvir in Slovenia.

We are happy to publish the full recording of Paula’s set at Formaviva ~ Izvir on 28th of July, 2019. Izvir is an intimate music festival gathering around 200 open-minded music enthusiasts to spend a weekend at the north of Slovenia, sheltered under the slavic part of the Alps, surrounded by forests and a river. Paula describes the festival as one of her summer highlights due the special premises in the beautiful nature, careful and well-thought curation of the festival and, most importantly due the special energy and support of the guests and hosts during her set but also throughout the magical weekend.
