Now in it’s 21st year, the Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) has something for anyone and everyone. Talks from industry giants, workshops, art installations and a staggering number of parties and club nights are just some of the multitude of events on offer. With such a massive range of things to choose from, sometimes it can be hard to know what to go for, so we’ve picked a selection of what we think are some of the best parties to help you decide.

 

Wednesday, October 19th – Strak invites Non Series

Kicking things off with a bang, Strak are hosting a party in one of Amsterdam’s oldest buildings, Odeon. Promising trippy visuals and a thumping sound system, the night is shaping up to be a wild one. Psyk, Henning Baer, Tadeo, Aiken and Chapter Digital are all billed, so you can be sure things will get crazy.

Thursday, October 20th – Tresor 25 Years – ADE Special

As part of their 25th birthday celebration, the infamous Tresor are taking over the cavernous H7 Warehouse with an impeccable line up. Regis and James Ruskin will perform under their O/V/R project, and another pairing sees Sleeparchive and DJ Pete showcasing their TR-101 live act. With other excellent names on bill, this is a night you’ll want to be a part of as Tresor bring some of their Berlin magic into Amsterdam.

Friday, October 21st – Perc Trax ADE Special

Friday takes us back to the H7 Warehouse, this time for a rather brutal affair featuring Perc, Ansome, Adam X and Clouds, among others. With a line up like that, and in that venue, this will be wild, and definitely is not for the faint of heart.

Saturday, October 22nd – 909 invites Triangle Agency

On Saturday 909 are hosting a party in Amsterdam’s Warehouse 22, an enormous venue to the north of the city with a monster sound system. Featuring live sets from Shifted and Karenn, plus a 3 hour set from none other than Jeff Mills, this looking like one of the highlights of the weekend.

Sunday – Konstrukt x Motiv

To round off the week Konstrukt & Motiv have joined forces to bring us something special indeed. With just 300 tickets available, this is set to be an up-close and personal night in the intimate OT301 venue. Abdulla Rashim, IORI, Evigt Mörker and Artefakt are among the billed artists, who are sure to craft a hypnotic, intoxicating atmosphere perfect for the final party of the week.
